ANNA LINZEY: VIOLIN AND PIANO Anna is the oldest of sixteen children. Growing up in a musical family, she has enjoyed playing both the violin and piano from an early age and has taught both instruments for over a decade. Having received and registering violin teacher training with the Suzuki Association of the Americas in WA DC from Ronda Cole and Ann Metzker-Smelser, she directed a thriving violin and piano studio from 2010-2018 in Oklahoma City working with students from 4 years old to 64 years old. In 2015 she became the violin instructor at Heartland Baptist Bible College 7-1/2 years. In 2018, she brought her whole studio to the virtual platform and since then has continued to work with students across the country as well as overseas. She is thrilled to pass on the exciting experiences of music making to others. Her passion is to encourage the discovery and development of each student’s skills and abilities, and to give others a high opinion of Who God is through music.

She thoroughly enjoys blond coffee, exploring sourdough pastry recipes, and helping to cultivate healthy relationships. When she is not playing music, or spending time with family and friends, she can be found reading, enjoying a brisk walk, or playing ball with her Cavalier Kind Charles Spaniel, Allegro.
